You can test the XLink setup by pressing button 1 and 2 at the same time for about 3 seconds. This will put the XLink into a test mode where it will ring the phone line. All the phones connected to the XLink will ring for about 30 seconds.

This can be used to test the setup and the XLink functionality.

When doing the ring test the XLink will send caller ID that shows the current software versions in the XLink.

The name will show "XTech V0139" - this number being the Firmware version.

The number will show "0121" - this number is the Radio version.
